Setting Up 58mm & 80mm ESC/POS Thermal Printers with Custom KRA Receipts
Learn how to connect USB, Bluetooth, or LAN thermal printers, print crisp receipts, and add your store logo, KRA PIN, and footer policies.
1. Plug In and Connect Your Peripheral Printer
Connect your 58mm or 80mm thermal receipt printer via USB or local network cable. Ensure raw ESC/POS support is active without proprietary vendor drivers.
2. Upload Store Logo and Business Header Details
In POSBOP > Hardware > Printer Setup, upload a high-contrast monochrome version of your shop logo, store address, and official KRA PIN.
3. Configure Return Policies and Social Handles
Add custom thermal receipt footers, such as 'Exchanges permitted within 7 days with valid receipt' along with your Instagram handle or WhatsApp field line.
